08 / 28 Obama's Nomination Acceptance Speech at the Convention Start: 5:00 pm End: 9:00 pm The August Meeting of the Josephine County Democratic Party will be held at the Fruitdale School Library located at 1560 Bill Baker Way. The library has cable television and we can all watch and cheer Senator Obama's acceptance speech sometime between 6:00 and 9:00 pm. ****Please bring your own beverages and snacks and goodies to share with all***** Fruitdale Elementary School is between Cloverlawn and Hamilton one block south of RR Hwy. Cloverlawn is east of the Fruitdale Grange, just past the new park. Directions: Going east on RR Hwy, turn right on Cloverlawn, then left on Fruitdale for about 800 feet to the school entrance on the left. Going west on RR Hwy, turn left on Cloverlawn, then left on Fruitdale for about 800 feet to the school entrance on the left. more info
